Cask Conditioned Irish Stout

Two pins of Irish Breakfast were pulled from the fermenter near the tail end of its fermentation and livened up with yeast and wort for a traditional second fermentation to create a genuine cask of ale. Pulled by hand in the classic way.

  • MALT: Baird Pale Malt, Canada Malting Flaked Barley, Baird Brown, Baird Chocolate, Baird Roast

  • HOPS: Chinook, Golding

  • ABV: 4.9 SRM: 28 IBU: 28 OG: 12.15 TG: 2.81
